To be artisanal is to deliver a certain level of quality that is only achievable through the meticulous creation of the products by hand, in small batches. To me, it also stands for a personal involvement in all the process involved---from sourcing ingredients, developing recipes, production, to the final step of packaging and delivery.

The initial idea was to take my passion for using local and seasonal fruits to come up with original recipes that put a new, delicious spin to old favourites. As a result, our range is very much produce-driven; all the fruits, eggs, and dairy products that we use are personally sourced from farmers’ and local markets: We use Warrnambool butter, Green eggs, Schulz Organic dairy, and as much seasonal and local produce as possible from the growers themselves.

When we emphasise that we work with seasonal produce, we really mean it.

Our range changes seasonally depending on what’s available, and we never just mean placing a piece of fruit on top of a cake and calling it a new product.

Our recipes have been tested extensively to ensure that each one works to enhance the quality of all the seasonal produce that we use.

Because of that, our creations taste like no other.
